for not posting lately. I’m going through some of the most beautiful changes personally, which requires a lot of meditation and focus on the present moment. About a week after I started my own meditation practice (the chakra one), I went to UCF to see a Buddhist monk lecture. All I will say for now is that he opened me up to potentially the best/most effective meditation practice I have ever come across. My mentality, understanding and perspective of a lot of things changed that day. I’m currently trying to find where I want to be with this new mindset and understanding, and how far I want to take this.
